Travis Bancroft: Master 5, Head Captain/ Owner /partner

Travis has had many years experience on the water and has many qualifications in this industry, Travis is respected in Darwin as one of the best Skippers available in his field. Travis started in this industry on  charter  fishing vessels as a deckhand then progressed to a full time engineer and skipper for different companies in Darwin, before starting his own charters. 

Travis is highly reliable and has great pride in his work and is looked up to by his staff and crew and many fishing fans.

After working in the Timor gas fields and completing Hydrogrphic survey contracts in the Gulf of Carpentaria Travis is well experienced in all aspects of the Marine industry. 

Sharyn Uzkuraitis, Marketing/Sales Manager

Sharyn is Travis's sister, having many years experience in the Travel Industry she has taken over the Marketing of Darwin Reef  N Wrecks.

She brings with her a smile and a fresh approach to marketing, so keep your eyes out for when Sharyn comes knocking.

Craig Wortlehock: Office/Sales Manager

Craig brings a good knowledge of Fishing and Tourism in the Territory. Combine that with his technical background and he plays an integral part of our operation. Responsible for the Office, Websites, Reservation System, Artwork and Marketing we would be lost without him...Besides who else could have worked with Jim every day....

Lee Fitch: Master 5 MED Extended Skipper

Lee hales from West Australia lad who has a great deal of experience fishing the waters off Broome and in fact many places around the world.

When Travis became land locked as a father we brought Lee in to operate the Extended Tours and also fill in with our daily Half and Full Day Trips.

Ben Weedon: 5 MED /Half Day - Night Time and Full Day Skipper

Ben is relatively New to the business and despite his age he brings an enthusiasm that is infectious as well as an impressive strike rate in the fishing department. People cannot believe how the kid looks so young but is so knowledgeable and qualified. He hails from SA Australia with a Cray Fishing background

He specialises  in our Full Day Offshore Charters.

Ben McGuffie: MED 2 Half Day - Night Time and Full Day Skipper.

Ben has many years experience fishing Territory Waters. Having worked with previous charter companies he has gone from a deckhand to a Master 5 Skipper. His knowledge of fishing is vast and he is a great asset to us. 

Adrian Del Veechio: Deckhand

Adrian joined us part way through the 2010 Season and has proved an invaluable asset. Not shy to put in a hard days work you will find him Head Down and Bum up working away on our Half Day Harbour Charters as a Deckhand. He is great with the passengers and if the comments are anything to go he just doesn't stop. Oh and he lives to Fish, just ask him

Lex Woods: Extended Deckhand 

Lexy is one hell of a Deckhand...for a Ranga, originally from Perth, Lexy stays with us throughout the season. He never stops as he continues to keep the passengers happy and the boat clean.

Amy Chesher: Half Day, Night Time and Full Day Decky Deckhand

Who says girls are soft, Amy comes to us from SA and she holds her own with the best of them, with a background in Shark Fishing, just ask her. Always with a story to tell she has proven herself on the deck.

Brendon Vanderham: Second Deckhand Half Day, Night Time, Full Day and Extended Decky

Hailing from parts unknown, weight unknown, with a record of........Brendon is a character that brings a fresh outlook to any deck he works on. Being our newest member he has fitted into the groove with ease.

Jake Rable: Second Deckhan Half Day, Night Time, Full Day and Extended Decky

Jake is local kid, yes kid at only 15yrs of age he could put most people to shame with both his knowledge and eagerness to fish. Jake works with us as an extra deckie on many of our trips and as he grows he will be able to do anything he sets his mind to.

Jim and Vicki Bancroft: Mum and Dad

Recently Jim the founder and owner of Darwin Reef n Wrecks had to retire due to ill health so he passed the reigns on to his children Travis and Sharyn. He is still there lurking in the background and passing on his wealth of knowledge. Vicki who now cares for jim still handles all the accounting side of the business.
