Travis Bancroft: Master 5, Head Captain/ Owner /partner

Travis has had many years experience on the water and has many qualifications in this industry, Travis is respected in Darwin as one of the best Skippers available in his field. Travis started in this industry on  charter  fishing vessels as a deckhand then progressed to a full time engineer and skipper for different companies in Darwin, before starting his own charters. 

Travis is highly reliable and has great pride in his work and is looked up to by his staff and crew and many fishing fans.

After working in the Timor gas fields and completing Hydrogrphic survey contracts in the Gulf of Carpentaria Travis is well experienced in all aspects of the Marine industry. 

Kara, our long time decky is now married to Travis and is expecting our grandson in September.

Glen Cowling:

Glen approached us as a mad local fisherman who was really keen on working with Travis as he had been out on an extended charter and just loved the lifestyle and wanted to further his passion in his work.

Glenn is originally from SA and relocated to Darwin for the fishing! Glen works on Reefmaster with Travis as his deckhand since passing his course and is looking forward to a very productive season with lots of hard work involved! Glen is extremely hard working and has a great passion for fishing in the Top End. He looks after all the passengers fishing needs and is also the cook throughout the trip.

Jim Bancroft: Owner/partner

Jim is Travis's Dad and he is the Operations Manager for Darwin Reef 'n' Wrecks and Darwin Fishing office. Jim does all the running around for the team and maintains the vessels equipment and day to day rosters. Jim and Travis are partners in the business and have been working together for many years in Darwin. Jim loves his Barramundi fishing here in the Top End and is always out fishing every chance he can get!

Vicki Bancroft: Hardest worker

Vicki is Jim's wife and Travis's Mother. Vicki is the accounts manager for Darwin Reef 'n' Wrecks and the Darwin Fishing Office she has been working in the Tourism industry for over 18 years. After 18 years working full time at Tourism NT in Darwin Vicki has now decided to work full time in the family business doing the accounts and bookkeeping. Vicki has a nickname of "Red Emperor Queen" as she loves catching the great Emperors on Travis's extended trips.

Christin Ivecevich Master 5 full day offshore skipper:

Christin came from Perth to try a fishing season in Darwin he is still here 2 years later . Over the past 2 years  Christin has been skippering our day boats and extended trips. Christin has worked for many years up and down the west coast of Australia on large charter boats. He now wants a social life and likes to do the full day trips to be home more often  He has earned himself a reputation of bringing fish home even on a hard day of fishing.
